ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT RONALD GOFFMAN'S MOTION TO WITHDRAW AND TO
SUBSTITUTE COUNSEL

Before the Court is Defendant Ronald Goffman's Agreed Motion to
Withdraw and Substitute Counsel, and, after due consideration, it is
the opinion of the Court that the Motion should be GRANTED.

It is ORDERED that the motion of Barry K. Bishop of Clark, Thomas &
Winters, A Professional Corporation and John W. Cotton and Aaron
C. Gundzik of Cotton & Gundzik LLP to withdraw as Defendant's counsel
is hereby GRANTED.

It is further ORDERED that the motion to substitute A. Boone Almanza
and Bo Blackburn of Akin & Almanza, LLP as Defendant Ronald Goffman's
counsel is hereby GRANTED.
