ORDER

On this date, came on for consideration the motion of Barry K. Bishop,
Aaron Gundzik and John Cotton to withdraw from further representation
and substitution of counsel for Eric Edwards and Vincent Brennan,
Defendants herein. The Court, having considered same, is of the
opinion that it is meritorious and it is, therefore, GRANTED.

IT IS ORDERED that Defendants, Eric Edwards and Vincent Edwards shall
no longer be represented by either Barry K. Bishop and/or Aaron
Gundzik and John Cotton and may hereafter be represented by Martha
S. Dickie and Jeffrey D. Miller of the law firm of Minton, Burton,
Foster & Collins, P.C.
