SCHEDULE I DESCRIPTION OF POSITION Position Title: Central Region Account Executive Descnphon of Duties: Included in your job responsibilities will be to meet your 4th quarter goal of $900 million in assets sold, with your portal goal of three for the 4th quarter. You will be responsible for credit union sales. You will be a member of the FundsXpress Sales Team and your territory will be area mutually agreed upon. You will be required to develop a thoughtful business plan to ensure effective penetration of your market segment. Target credit union will be identitied and you and the National Sales Manager will establish goals, targets, and deliverables. From time to time, you will assist FundsXpress sales efforts in other states; assist with state banking association endorsement efforts; and attend targeted trade shows and industry conferences. Your territory will be designated as Michigan and Wisconsin credit unions. You will be expected to be a team player, have the ability to carry out instructions well, have regular, predictable, and punctual attendance, and communicate effectively.
