SCHEDULE I DESCRIPTION OF POSITION Position Title: Sales Executive Description of Duties: You will be responsible for financial institution sales. You will be a member of the FundsXpress, Inc sales team and your territory will be South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, and Alabama. CCH] You will be required to develop a thoughtful business plan to ensure effective penetration of your market segment. Target banks will be identified and you and I will establish goals, targets and deliverables, and we will develop a tracking sheet to track progress. From time to time, you will assist FundsXpress sales efforts in other states; assist with State Banking Association endorsement efforts; and attend targeted trade shows and industry conferences. At my discretion, you will be required to attend weekly sales meetings, which might entail conference call participation. Additionally you will be expected to be a team player, have the ability to carry out instructions well, have regular, predictable, and punctual attendance, and communicate effectively.
