TO THE HONORABLE JUDGE SPARKS:

Plaintiff has filed a Motion for Leave to File Plaintiff's Second
Amended Complaint herein, which, inter alia, seeks leave to join three
additional individual defendants, John C. Dorman, Vincent Brennan, and
Stephen Crain. The parties have agreed to an extension of time whereby
Defendants Digital Insight Corporation, Eric Edwards, Ronald Goffman,
John C. Dorman, Vincent Brennan, and Stephen Crain may have until July
12, 2002, to respond to Plaintiffs Motion forLeave to File PlaintifPs
Second Amended Complaint, and request the Court to enter an Order
accordingly.
